Important Notes:

BOOKING TIME: Your booking time needs to include set-up and clean-up time in your hours booked. You may not enter the space until your agreed on time and must exit promptly at your booked ending time. You must leave the space clean & photo ready upon leaving so please account for at least 15 minutes at the end of your photography time within your booking time. We receive time stamps from our lock of your entry and exit times and extra time will be billed.

SPACE ONLY: This booking is only for the space and does not include a photographer. To book a photo session with a photographer if you don't already have one, reach out to @itsjordankeenan or @jessfrederickphoto directly!

LIGHTING & LOCATION: Our west- facing, natural-light, studio is located at: 1011 3rd Street N, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. Parking is behind the building and best accessed via 9th Ave. Studio is upstairs & note there is no elevator. Please note that our studio is natural-light so be sure to double check sunrise & sunset times accordingly for your booking time.

CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING:You may cancel or reschedule your booked time within 2 weeks of your booking for a full-refund after that there are no refunds but you may reschedule or have a credit for a future booking.
