Important Information for Your Seaside Studio Co. Booking​

Booking Time

• Your booking must include set-up and clean-up time.

• You may not enter before your scheduled time and must exit promptly at your booked ending time.

• The studio must be left clean & photo-ready. We recommend at least 15 minutes of clean-up time in your booking time.

• We receive time-stamped entry and exit logs, and extra time will be billed.

Space-Only Rental

• Your booking includes access to the studio but does not include a photographer.

• If you need a photographer, you can contact one of Seaside's owners:

Lighting & Location

• 1011 3rd Street N, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250

• Parking: Behind the building (best accessed via the shell alley on 9th Ave).

• Studio is up the wooden outdoor stairs (we do not have an elevator). 

• We are a west-facing, natural-light studio. Please check sunrise & sunset times to ensure ideal lighting for your session. We do not have overhead lights in the space.

Please note: If you are booking the studio for a specific prop, setup, or feature, please let us know in advance so we can confirm it is available and in good condition as things occasionally change over time.

• Wardrobe & makeup artist

• Color seamless backdrops

Contactless Experience

We are committed to a seamless, stress-free rental process so you can focus on creating without interruptions. We have check-out procedures in place which include sending us photos of the space when you leave to ensure every client walks into a beautiful, inspiring space. We expect everyone to be kind & respectful to each other and to the space at Seaside Studio Co. and to communicate any issues ASAP.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Refund available for cancellations or reschedules made 2+ weeks in advance.

• No refunds after that, but you may reschedule or receive credit for a future booking. All credits must be used within 6 months of issue,

• Once your scheduled time begins, no cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued, and your session will be considered forfeited.
