📅 Booking Time

• Your booking must include set-up and clean-up time.

• You may not enter before your scheduled time and must exit promptly at your booked ending time.

• The studio must be left clean & photo-ready—please account for at least 15 minutes of clean-up within your booking time.

• We receive time-stamped entry and exit logs, and extra time will be billed.

📸 Space-Only Rental

• Your booking includes access to the studio but does not include a photographer.

🚗 Parking: Behind the building (best accessed via 9th Ave).
🏢 Studio is upstairs (no elevator).
☀️ West-facing, natural-light studio—check sunrise & sunset times to ensure ideal lighting for your session.

🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Full refund for cancellations or reschedules made 2+ weeks in advance.

• No refunds after that, but you may reschedule or receive credit for a future booking.
