Welcome to Seaside Studio co., the one & only creative studio space steps from the sea! Important Notes: Please include enough time in your booking for set-up and take-down/clean of the space! **Please note that our studio is natural-light and be sure to check sunrise and sunset accordingly for your booking time.** This booking is only for the space and does not include a photographer. To book a photo session with a photographer if you don't already have one, reach out to @itsjordankeenan or @jessfrederickphoto directly! Our west-facing and natural-light studio is located at: 1011 3rd Street N, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. Parking is behind the building and best accessed via the shell alley way on 9th Ave. Our studio is up the outdoor wooden stairs on the south side of the building & note there is no elevator. Included: The studio space On-site bathroom Steamer Studio furniture/props currently in the studio Not Included: Photographer Lights/Soft Boxes Wardrobe Make-up artist CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING: You may cancel up to two weeks prior to your booking time to receive a full refund. After that, no refunds will be issued. Instead, you may reschedule your studio time or receive a studio credit. Studio credits are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and must be redeemed during the same booking season in which the original reservation was made. Credits from off season bookings may only be used for off season bookings. Credits from busy season bookings may be used during busy or off season, subject to availability. Once your scheduled booking time begins, no reschedules, refunds, or credits will be issued, and your session will be considered forfeited.
