Service Description
This is a self guided content session, so Seaside Studio will not be staffed during your time. Simply arrive during your reserved window, create your content, and leave the space ready for the next guest. A few friendly reminders: Please arrive ready to begin at your scheduled time. Please leave the sets as you found them. Please keep your content creation within your reserved 15 minutes so everyone has a chance to enjoy the space. These time slots are intended for gathering marketing imagery rather than full portrait sessions.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING: You may cancel up to two weeks prior to your booking time to receive a full refund. After that, no refunds will be issued. Instead, you may reschedule your studio time or receive a studio credit. Studio credits are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and must be redeemed during the same booking season in which the original reservation was made. Credits from off season (January 1st-September 30th) bookings may only be used for off season bookings. Credits from busy season bookings (October 1st-December 31st) may be used during busy or off season, subject to availability. Once your scheduled booking time begins, no reschedules, refunds, or credits will be issued, and your session will be considered forfeited.
