Terms & Conditions
I understand that I cannot arrive early for set-up or stay late to break-down or clean. All required set-up/take-down should occur within my scheduled time. My time starts & ends promptly at my booked time. There may be photographers after me and I agree to ensure the space is photo ready. Any additional time I am in the studio space to photograph or clean will be billed at a rate of $50 per 15 minutes.
I agree to the Space Rules #1:
No flammables of any kind. No smoking, no candles, no smoke bombs, etc anywhere inside or within 50 feet of the building. I agree to turn off all lights to ensure studio safety.
I agree to Space Rules #2:
Please be mindful of keeping furniture clean by avoiding dirty shoes and food/drink spills. I understand any damage will be charged at market rates.
I agree to Space Rules #3:
Be mindful of voices/music as there are other offices in the building.
I agree to Space Rules #4:
Do not drag heavy furniture.
I agree to Space Rules #5:
Do not use other areas of the building. Only the 2nd floor studio space. Do not open doors labeled "Do Not Enter".
I agree to Space Rules #6:
I will not use nails, hooks, or pins into the walls or floors. Nothing that will permanently alter the space. Command hooks are permitted ONLY.
I agree to Space Rules #7:
No hazardous, illegal, or negligent practices, activities, or substances.
I agree to leave the studio clean & tidy and "photo ready" after my session. That includes putting away all props/backdrops/furniture in an orderly fashion, cleaning up trash/crumbs, etc on the floors, counters, etc., swiffering the floors to clean-up dust/hair from clients. Cleaning supplies are available in the kitchen closet. I understand that if I leave the studio dirty I will pay a $150 cleaning fee.
I understand that any damage to the studio including, but not limited to, nail/pin holes, wall or floor scratches, furniture damage, backdrop damage, etc will be charged at a minimum of $50 up to market rate.
No refunds or cancellations of membership. Hours are per month and do not roll-over. A custom discount code for additional hours will be emailed to you and only valid through the duration of your membership.
